Besides, the eternal God of Israel isn't a human being. He doesn't tell lies or change his mind.”
And also the Hope of Israel will not lie nor repent; for he is not a man, that he should repent.
But the triumpher in Israel will riot spare, and will not be moved to repentance: for he is not a mail that he should repent.
The one who lives forever, the God of Israel, does not lie and will not change his mind. He is not like a man who is always changing his mind.”
The great God who rules over Israel always does what he says he will do. He does not change his mind. People may change their minds, but he does not!’
The Splendor of Israel will not lie or change his mind, because he is not a man, who changes his mind.”

As Samuel turned to leave, Saul grabbed at his priestly robe and a piece tore off. Samuel said, “God has just now torn the kingdom from you, and handed it over to your neighbor, a better man than you are. Israel’s God-of-Glory doesn’t deceive and he doesn’t dither. He says what he means and means what he says.”

certainly the Overcomer in Israel shall not spare them that will not obey to him, and he shall not be bowed by repentance; for he is not man, that is, changeable, that he do repentance, (for he is not a man, that is, that he change his mind).
