14 The Lord upholds(A) all who fall
and lifts up all(B) who are bowed down.(C)
15 The eyes of all look to you,
and you give them their food(D) at the proper time.
16 You open your hand
and satisfy the desires(E) of every living thing.
17 The Lord is righteous(F) in all his ways
and faithful in all he does.(G)
18 The Lord is near(H) to all who call on him,(I)
to all who call on him in truth.
19 He fulfills the desires(J) of those who fear him;(K)
he hears their cry(L) and saves them.(M)
20 The Lord watches over(N) all who love him,(O)
but all the wicked he will destroy.(P)
21 My mouth will speak(Q) in praise of the Lord.

10 I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me.(A) Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. 11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content(B) whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty.
