^9 [a]The Lord will also be a ^(A)stronghold for the oppressed,
A stronghold in times of trouble;

¹⁷ But ^(A)I am afflicted and needy;
^(B)May the Lord be mindful of me.
You are my help and my savior;
Do not delay, my God.

⁵ I cried out to You, Lord;
I said, “You are ^(A)my refuge,
