New American Standard Bible

13 For Your graciousness toward me is great,
And You have (A)saved my soul from the [a]depths of [b]Sheol.

14 God, arrogant men have (B)risen up against me,
And a gang of violent men have sought my [c]life,
And they have not set You before them.
15 But You, Lord, are a (C)compassionate and gracious God,
Slow to anger and abundant in mercy and [d]truth.

13 For great is your love toward me;
    you have delivered me(A) from the depths,
    from the realm of the dead.(B)

14 Arrogant foes are attacking me, O God;
    ruthless people are trying to kill me—
    they have no regard for you.(C)
15 But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious(D) God,
