Psalm 79:6-8

⁶^(A)Pour out Your wrath upon the nations which ^(B)do not know You,
And upon the kingdoms which ^(C)do not call upon Your name.
⁷For they have ^(D)devoured Jacob
And ^(E)laid waste his ^[a]settlement.

⁸^(F)Do not ^[b]hold us responsible for ^[c]the guilty deeds of our forefathers;
Let Your compassion come quickly to ^(G)meet us,
For we have ^(H)become very low.
