8 But You, Lord, (A)laugh at them;
You (B)scoff at all the nations.

9 Because of [a]his (C)strength I will watch for You,
For God is my (D)refuge.
10 [b]My God (E)in His faithfulness will meet me;
God will let me (F)look triumphantly upon my enemies.

    you scoff at all those nations.(B)

9 You are my strength,(C) I watch for you;
    you, God, are my fortress,(D)
10     my God on whom I can rely.

God will go before me
    and will let me gloat over those who slander me.
