Psalm 58:9-11

9 Before your (A)pots can feel the fire of thorns
He will (B)sweep them away with a whirlwind, the [a]green and the burning alike.
10 The (C)righteous will rejoice when he (D)sees vengeance;
He will (E)wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.
11 And people will say, “There certainly is [b](F)a reward for the righteous;
There certainly is a God who (G)judges on the earth!”

9 Before your pots can feel the heat of the thorns(A)—
whether they be green or dry—the wicked will be swept away.[a](B)
10 The righteous will be glad(C) when they are avenged,(D)
when they dip their feet in the blood of the wicked.(E)
11 Then people will say,
“Surely the righteous still are rewarded;(F)
surely there is a God who judges the earth.”(G)
