Psalm 44:13-16
New International Version
13 You have made us a reproach(A) to our neighbors,(B)
the scorn(C) and derision(D) of those around us.
14 You have made us a byword(E) among the nations;
the peoples shake their heads(F) at us.
15 I live in disgrace(G) all day long,
and my face is covered with shame(H)
16 at the taunts(I) of those who reproach and revile(J) me,
because of the enemy, who is bent on revenge.(K)
