⁵Those who sow with tears^(A)
will reap^(B) with songs of joy.^(C)

⁵They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

¹⁷For our momentary, ^(A)light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,

¹⁷For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.^(A)

¹⁷For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
