His foolishness still will not leave him.

²²Though you grind a fool in a mortar,
grinding them like grain with a pestle,
you will not remove their folly from them.

⁵Where will you be stricken again,
As you ^(A)continue in your rebellion?
The entire head is ^(B)sick
And the entire heart is faint.

⁵Why should you be beaten^(A) anymore?
Why do you persist^(B) in rebellion?^(C)
Your whole head is injured,
your whole heart^(D) afflicted.^(E)
