Numbers 15:4-7
New American Standard Bible
4 then (A)the one who presents his offering shall present to the Lord a grain offering of a tenth of an [a]ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth of a [b]hin of oil, 5 and you shall prepare wine for the drink offering, a fourth of a hin, with the burnt offering or for the sacrifice, for (B)each lamb. 6 Or for a ram you shall prepare as a grain offering two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a third of a hin of oil; 7 and for the drink offering you shall offer a third of a hin of wine as a soothing aroma to the Lord.

11 “‘On the first of every month,(A) present to the Lord a burnt offering of two young bulls,(B) one ram(C) and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect.(D) 12 With each bull there is to be a grain offering(E) of three-tenths of an ephah[a](F) of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, a grain offering of two-tenths(G) of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; 13 and with each lamb, a grain offering(H) of a tenth(I) of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil. This is for a burnt offering,(J) a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the Lord.(K) 14 With each bull there is to be a drink offering(L) of half a hin[b] of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin[c]; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon(M) during the year.
