⁶ from the tribe of Judah, ^(A)Caleb the son of Jephunneh;

³⁰ Then Caleb quieted the people ^[a]before Moses and said, “We should by all means go up and take possession of it, for we will certainly prevail over it.”

⁶ And Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, of those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes;

²⁴ But as for My servant Caleb, ^(A)because he has had a different spirit and has followed Me fully, ^(B)I will bring him into the land which he ^[a]entered, and his ^[b]descendants shall take possession of it.

³⁰ By no means will you come into the land where I ^[a]swore to settle you, ^(A)except for Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun.
