52 (A)So the sons of Israel shall camp, each man by his own camp, and each man by his own [a]flag, according to their armies. 53 (B)But the Levites shall camp around the tabernacle of the testimony, so that there will be (C)no divine wrath against the congregation of the sons of Israel. (D)So the Levites shall be responsible for service to the tabernacle of the testimony.” 54 And the sons of Israel did so; in accordance with all that the Lord had commanded Moses, so they did.

52 The Israelites are to set up their tents by divisions, each of them in their own camp under their standard.(A) 53 The Levites, however, are to set up their tents around the tabernacle(B) of the covenant law so that my wrath will not fall(C) on the Israelite community. The Levites are to be responsible for the care of the tabernacle of the covenant law.(D)”
54 The Israelites did all this just as the Lord commanded Moses.

52 And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.
53 But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.
54 And the children of Israel did according to all that the Lord commanded Moses, so did they.
