¹⁹ The angel answered and said to him, “I am ^(A)Gabriel, who ^[a](B)stands in the presence of God, and I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news.

A Multitude from the Tribulation

⁹ After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from ^(A)every nation and all the tribes, peoples, and languages, standing ^(B)before the throne and ^(C)before the Lamb, clothed in ^(D)white robes, and ^(E)palm branches were in their hands;

² And I saw ^(A)the seven angels who stand before God, and seven ^(B)trumpets were given to them.

⁴ These are the ^(A)two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.
