³¹And his concubine who was in Shechem also bore him a son, and he ^[a]named him Abimelech.

Judges 8:31

New International Version

³¹His concubine,^(A) who lived in Shechem, also bore him a son, whom he named Abimelek.^(B)

³⁵^(A)nor did they show kindness to the household of Jerubbaal (that is, Gideon) in accordance with all the good that he had done for Israel.

³⁵They also failed to show any loyalty to the family of Jerub-Baal^(A) (that is, Gideon) in spite of all the good things he had done for them.^(B)
