¹⁴Now it was ^(A)the day of preparation for the Passover; it was about the ^[a]^(B)sixth hour. And he *said to the Jews, “Look, ^(C)your King!”

¹⁴It was the day of Preparation^(A) of the Passover; it was about noon.^(B)

“Here is your king,”^(C) Pilate said to the Jews.

⁴²Therefore because of the Jewish day of ^(A)preparation, since the tomb was ^(B)nearby, they laid Jesus there.
