⁶The ^(A)tents of the destroyers prosper,
And those who provoke God ^(B)are secure,
^[a]Whom God brings ^(C)into their power.

⁶The tents of marauders are undisturbed,^(A)
and those who provoke God are secure^(B)—
those God has in his hand.^[a]

⁵You ^(A)have ^[a]swept them away like a flood, they ^[b]^(B)fall asleep;
In the morning they are like ^(C)grass that ^[c]sprouts anew.

⁵Yet you sweep people away^(A) in the sleep of death—
they are like the new grass of the morning:
