Jeremiah 8:22

Is there no physician there?
^(B)Why then has not the ^[a]health of the daughter of my people ^[b]been restored?

²²Is there no balm in Gilead?^(A)
Is there no physician^(B) there?
Why then is there no healing^(C)
for the wound of my people?

¹¹Go ^(A)up to Gilead and obtain balm,
^(B)Virgin daughter of Egypt!
You have used many ^[a]remedies in vain;
There is ^(C)no healing for you.

¹¹“Go up to Gilead and get balm,^(A)
Virgin^(B) Daughter Egypt.
But you try many medicines in vain;
there is no healing^(C) for you.
