The stronghold of Egypt;
I will also eliminate the hordes of [c]Thebes.
16 I will set a fire in Egypt;
[d]Sin will writhe in anguish,
[e]Thebes will be breached
And [f]Memphis will have [g]distresses daily.

New International Version

14 I will lay(A) waste Upper Egypt,
    set fire to Zoan(B)
    and inflict punishment on Thebes.(C)
15 I will pour out my wrath on Pelusium,
    the stronghold of Egypt,
    and wipe out the hordes of Thebes.
16 I will set fire(D) to Egypt;
    Pelusium will writhe in agony.
Thebes will be taken by storm;
    Memphis(E) will be in constant distress.
