James 5:3-5
New American Standard Bible
3 Your gold and your silver have corroded, and their corrosion will [a]serve as a testimony against you and will consume your flesh like fire. It is (A)in the last days that you have stored up your treasure! 4 Behold, (B)the pay of the laborers who mowed your fields, and which has been withheld by you, cries out against you; and (C)the outcry of those who did the harvesting has reached the ears of (D)the Lord [b]of armies. 5 You have [c](E)lived for pleasure on the earth and lived luxuriously; you have [d]fattened your hearts in (F)a day of slaughter.

3 Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days.(A) 4 Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers(B) who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries(C) of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty.(D) 5 You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves(E) in the day of slaughter.[a](F)
