^[b]Hill and watch-tower have become ^(E)caves forever,
A delight for ^(F)wild donkeys, a pasture for flocks,

¹⁵ Though he ^(A)flourishes among the ^[a]reeds,
An ^(B)east wind will come,
The wind of the Lord coming up from the wilderness;
And his fountain will ^(C)become dry
And his spring will dry up;
It will ^(D)plunder his treasury of every precious article.
