His fugitives are as far as ^(A)Zoar and Eglath-shelishiyah,
For they go up the ^(B)ascent of Luhith weeping;
Indeed, on the road to Horonaim they raise a cry of distress ^(C)over their collapse.

^15 (A)Look down from heaven and see from Your holy and glorious ^(B)lofty habitation;
Where are Your ^(C)zeal and Your mighty deeds?
The ^(D)stirrings of Your heart and Your compassion are restrained toward me.
