Isaiah 42:3-5
New American Standard Bible
3 A bent reed He will not break off
And a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish;
He will faithfully bring forth (A)justice.
4 He will not be (B)disheartened or crushed
Until He has established justice on the earth;
And the (C)coastlands will wait expectantly for His [a]law.”
5 This is what God the Lord says,
Who (D)created the heavens and (E)stretched them out,
Who spread out the (F)earth and its [b]offspring,
Who (G)gives breath to the people on it
And spirit to those who walk in it:

3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.
4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law.
5 Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:

He will bring forth justice for truth.
4 He will not fail nor be discouraged,
