Isaiah 23:11-13

¹¹ He has ^(A)stretched His hand out ^(B)over the sea,
He has ^(C)made the kingdoms tremble;
The Lord has given a command concerning Canaan to ^(D)demolish its strongholds.

¹² He has said, “^(E)You shall not be jubilant anymore, you crushed virgin daughter of Sidon.
Arise, pass over to ^[a](F)Cyprus; even there you will find no rest.”
