⁶ I send it against a ^(A)godless nation
And commission it against the ^(B)people of My fury
To capture spoils and ^(C)to seize plunder,
And to ^[a]trample them down like ^(D)mud in the streets.

²³ Your ship’s tackle hangs slack;
It cannot hold the base of its mast firmly,
Nor spread out the sail.
Then the ^(A)prey of an abundant spoil will be divided;
^(B)Those who limp will take the plunder.

¹³ I will give your ^(A)wealth and your treasures
As plunder ^(B)without cost,
For all your sins
And within all your borders.
