²⁵ Far be it from You to do ^[a]such a thing, to kill the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous and the wicked are treated alike. Far be it from You! Shall not ^(A)the Judge of all the earth ^[b]deal justly?”

⁷ Now then, let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be careful ^[a]about what you do, for ^[b]the Lord our God will ^(A)have no part in injustice ^(B)or partiality, or in the taking of a bribe.”

⁵ But if our unrighteousness ^[a](A)demonstrates the righteousness of God, ^(B)what shall we say? The God who inflicts wrath is not unrighteous, is He? (^(C)I am speaking from a human viewpoint.)
