²¹ So ^(A)all ^[a]creatures that moved on the earth perished: birds, livestock, animals, and every swarming thing that swarms upon the earth, and all mankind; ²² of all that was on the dry land, all ^(B)in whose nostrils was the breath of the spirit of life, died.

⁵ ‘^(A)I have made the earth, mankind, and the animals which are on the face of the earth ^(B)by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and I will ^(C)give it to the one who is ^[a]pleasing in My sight.
