Descendants of Adam

5 This is the book of the generations of Adam. On the day when God created man, He made him ^(A)in the likeness of God.

⁷ For a man should not have his head covered, since he is the ^(A)image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man.

²⁴ and to ^(A)put on the ^(B)new ^[a]self, which ^[b](C)in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.

⁹ With it we bless ^(A)our Lord and Father, and with it we curse people, ^(B)who have been made in the likeness of God;
