4 Jacob said to them, “My brothers, where are you from?” And they said, “We are from (A)Haran.” 5 So he said to them, “Do you know Laban the (B)son of Nahor?” And they said, “We know him.” 6 And he said to them, “Is it well with him?” And they said, “It is well, and here is his daughter (C)Rachel coming with the sheep.”

4 Jacob asked the shepherds, “My brothers, where are you from?”(A)
“We’re from Harran,(B)” they replied.
5 He said to them, “Do you know Laban, Nahor’s grandson?”(C)
“Yes, we know him,” they answered.
6 Then Jacob asked them, “Is he well?”
“Yes, he is,” they said, “and here comes his daughter Rachel(D) with the sheep.(E)”
