9 I will make you a permanent (A)desolation, and your cities will not be inhabited. Then you will know that I am the Lord.
10 “Since you have (B)said, ‘These two nations and these two lands will be mine, and we will possess [a]them,’ although the (C)Lord was there, 11 therefore as I live,” declares the Lord God, “I will deal with you (D)according to your anger and according to your envy which you displayed because of your hatred for them; so I will (E)make Myself known among them when I judge you.
