7 And I said to them, ‘(A)Throw away, each of you, the detestable things of his eyes, and (B)do not defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt; (C)I am the Lord your God.’ 8 But they (D)rebelled against Me and were not willing to listen to Me; they did not throw away, each of them, the detestable things of their eyes, nor did they abandon the (E)idols of Egypt.
“Then I [a]resolved to (F)pour out My wrath on them, to [b]use up My anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

7 And I said to them, “Each of you, get rid of the vile images(A) you have set your eyes on, and do not defile yourselves with the idols(B) of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.(C)”
8 “‘But they rebelled against me and would not listen to me;(D) they did not get rid of the vile images they had set their eyes on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt.(E) So I said I would pour out my wrath on them and spend my anger against them in Egypt.(F)
