New American Standard Bible
19 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Say to Aaron, ‘Take your staff and (A)extend your hand over the waters of Egypt, over their rivers, over their [a]streams, over their pools, and over all their reservoirs of water, so that they may become blood; and there will be blood through all the land of Egypt, both in containers of wood and in containers of stone.’”

Isaiah 50:2
New American Standard Bible
2 Why was there (A)no one when I came?
When I called, why was there no one to answer?
Is My (B)hand so short that it cannot redeem?
Or do I have no power to rescue?
Behold, I (C)dry up the sea with My rebuke,
I (D)turn rivers into a wilderness;
Their fish stink for lack of water,
And die of thirst.
