Exodus 16:22-24
New American Standard Bible
The Sabbath
22 (A)Now on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, [a]two omers for each one. When all the (B)leaders of the congregation came and told Moses, 23 then he said to them, “This is what the Lord [b]meant: (C)Tomorrow is a Sabbath observance, a holy Sabbath to the Lord. Bake what you will bake and boil what you will boil, and (D)all that is left over [c]put aside to be kept until morning.” 24 So they put it aside until morning, as Moses had ordered, and (E)it did not stink nor was there a maggot in it.

Exodus 16:22-24
New International Version
22 On the sixth day, they gathered twice(A) as much—two omers[a] for each person—and the leaders of the community(B) came and reported this to Moses. 23 He said to them, “This is what the Lord commanded: ‘Tomorrow is to be a day of sabbath rest, a holy sabbath(C) to the Lord. So bake what you want to bake and boil what you want to boil. Save whatever is left and keep it until morning.’”
24 So they saved it until morning, as Moses commanded, and it did not stink or get maggots in it.
