²² And ^(A)you shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and ^[a]apply some of the blood that is in the basin to the lintel and the two doorposts; and none of you shall go outside the door of his house until morning.

⁴ then the priest shall give orders to take two live clean birds, ^(A)cedar wood, a ^[a]scarlet string, and hyssop for the one who is to be cleansed.

¹⁸ And a clean person shall take hyssop and dip it in the water, and sprinkle it on the tent, on all the furnishings, on the persons who were there, and on the one who touched the bone or the one who was killed or the one who died naturally, or the grave.

¹⁹ For when every commandment had been ^(A)spoken by Moses to all the people according to the Law, ^(B)he took the ^(C)blood of the calves and the goats, with ^(D)water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both ^(E)the book itself and all the people,
