⁷ For ^(A)what great nation is there that has a god ^(B)so near to it as is the Lord our God ^(C)whenever we call on Him? ⁸ Or what great nation is there that has ^(D)statutes and judgments as righteous as this whole Law which I am setting before you today?

28 “^(A)Now it shall be, if you diligently ^[a]obey the Lord your God, being careful to do all His commandments which I am commanding you today, that the Lord your God ^(B)will put you high above all the nations of the earth.
