Deuteronomy 5:9-11
New American Standard Bible
9 You shall not worship them nor serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, (A)inflicting the [a]punishment of the fathers on the children, [b]even on the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 10 but (B)showing [c]favor to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
11 ‘(C)You shall not take the name of the Lord your God [d]in vain, for the Lord will not [e]leave unpunished the one who takes His name in vain.

11 “You shall not misuse the name(E) of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.(F)
