11 You shall stand outside, and the person to whom you are making the loan shall bring the pledge outside to you. 12 And if he is a poor man, you shall not sleep with his pledge. 13 (A)When the sun goes down you shall certainly return the pledge to him, so that he may sleep in his cloak and bless you; and (B)it will be righteousness for you before the Lord your God.

11 Stay outside and let the neighbor to whom you are making the loan bring the pledge out to you. 12 If the neighbor is poor, do not go to sleep with their pledge(A) in your possession. 13 Return their cloak by sunset(B) so that your neighbor may sleep in it.(C) Then they will thank you, and it will be regarded as a righteous act in the sight of the Lord your God.(D)
