Daniel 6:24-26
New American Standard Bible
24 The king then gave orders, and they brought those men who had [a]maliciously accused Daniel, and they (A)threw them, their (B)children, and their wives into the lions’ den; and they had not reached the bottom of the den before the lions overpowered them and crushed all their bones.
25 Then Darius the king wrote to all the (C)peoples, nations, and populations of all [b]languages who were living in all the land: “(D)May your [c]peace be great! 26 [d]I (E)issue a decree that in all the realm of my kingdom people are to tremble and fear before the God of Daniel;
For He is the (F)living God and (G)enduring forever,
And (H)His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed,
And His dominion will be [e]forever.

24 At the king’s command, the men who had falsely accused Daniel were brought in and thrown into the lions’ den,(A) along with their wives and children.(B) And before they reached the floor of the den, the lions overpowered them and crushed all their bones.(C)
25 Then King Darius wrote to all the nations and peoples of every language(D) in all the earth:
