³⁰ The king began speaking and was saying, ‘Is this not Babylon the ^(A)great, which I myself have built as a royal ^[a]residence by the might of my power and for the honor of my majesty?’

^19 (A)The great city ^[a]was split into three parts, and the cities of the ^[b]nations fell. ^(B)Babylon the great was ^(C)remembered in the sight of God, to give her ^(D)the cup of the wine of ^[c]His fierce wrath.

⁵ and on her forehead a name was written, ^[a]a ^(A)mystery: “^(B)BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF ^(C)THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”
