²⁷ As for both kings, their hearts will be intent on ^(A)evil, and they will ^(B)speak lies to each other at the same table; but it will not succeed, because the ^(C)end is still to come at the appointed time.

³⁵ And some of ^[a]those who have insight will fall, to ^(A)refine, ^(B)purge, and ^[b](C)cleanse them until the ^(D)end time; because it is still to come at the appointed time.

⁴ But as for you, Daniel, ^(A)keep these words secret and ^(B)seal up the book until the ^(C)end of time; ^(D)many will roam about, and knowledge will increase.”

⁹ And he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for these words will be kept secret and ^(A)sealed up until the end time.
