Amos 7:12

¹²Then Amaziah said to Amos, “^(A)Go, you seer, flee to the land of Judah; and eat bread there and do your prophesying there!

Amos 7:12

New International Version

¹²Then Amaziah said to Amos, “Get out, you seer!^(A) Go back to the land of Judah. Earn your bread there and do your prophesying there.^(B)

¹²Also Amaziah said unto Amos, O thou seer, go, flee thee away into the land of Judah, and there eat bread, and prophesy there:

³⁹and they came and pleaded with them, and when they had led them out, they repeatedly asked them ^(A)to leave the city.

³⁹They came to appease them and escorted them from the prison, requesting them to leave the city.^(A)

³⁹And they came and besought them, and brought them out, and desired them to depart out of the city.
