Amos 2:2-4
New American Standard Bible
2 So I will send fire upon Moab
And it will consume the citadels of (A)Kerioth;
And Moab will die amid the (B)panic of battle,
Amid war cries and the sound of a trumpet.
3 I will also eliminate the [a](C)judge from her midst
And slay all her (D)leaders with him,” says the Lord.
Judgment on Judah
4 This is what the Lord says:
“For three offenses of (E)Judah, and for four,
I will not revoke its punishment,
Because they (F)rejected the Law of the Lord
And have not kept His statutes;
Their [b](G)lies also have led them astray,
Those which their (H)fathers followed.

2 But I will send a fire upon Moab, and it shall devour the palaces of Kirioth: and Moab shall die with tumult, with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet:
3 And I will cut off the judge from the midst thereof, and will slay all the princes thereof with him, saith the Lord.
4 Thus saith the Lord; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have despised the law of the Lord, and have not kept his commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after the which their fathers have walked:
