Threat and Release

¹³ Now as they observed the ^(A)confidence of ^(B)Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed, and ^(C)began to recognize them ^[a]as having been with Jesus.

³¹ And when they had prayed, the ^(A)place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all ^(B)filled with the Holy Spirit and began to ^(C)speak the word of God with ^(D)boldness.

³ Therefore they spent a long time there ^(A)speaking boldly with reliance upon the Lord, who was testifying to the word of His grace, granting that ^[a](B)signs and wonders be performed by their hands.
