Acts 23:30-32
New American Standard Bible
30 When I was (A)informed that there would be (B)a plot against the man, I sent him to you at once, also instructing (C)his accusers to [a]bring charges against him before you.”
31 So the soldiers, in accordance with their orders, took Paul and brought him by night to Antipatris. 32 But on the next day they let (D)the horsemen go on with him, and they returned to (E)the barracks.

31 So the soldiers, carrying out their orders, took Paul with them during the night and brought him as far as Antipatris. 32 The next day they let the cavalry(D) go on with him, while they returned to the barracks.(E)
