^13 (A)He also brought out from there all the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king’s house, and he ^(B)smashed all the articles of gold ^(C)that Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the Lord, just as the Lord had said.

⁴ Then he said, “What have they seen in your house?” So Hezekiah ^[a]answered, “They have seen everything that is in my house; there is nothing among my treasuries that I have not let them see.”

⁵ Isaiah then said to Hezekiah, “Hear the ^(A)word of the Lord of armies, ⁶ ‘Behold, the days are coming when ^(B)everything that is in your house, and what your fathers have stored up to this day, will be carried to Babylon; nothing will be left,’ says the Lord.

⁵ I will also give all the ^(A)wealth of this city, all its produce and all its valuable things—even all the treasures of the kings of Judah I will ^(B)hand over to their enemies, and they will plunder them, take them away, and bring them to Babylon.
