And to the ^[a](B)downpour and the rain, ‘Be strong.’

He ^(B)disperses ^(C)the cloud of His ^[a]lightning.
¹² It changes direction, turning around by His guidance,
That ^[b]it may do whatever He ^(D)commands ^[c]it
On the ^(E)face of the inhabited earth.
