MORSEL (βρῶσις, G1111). Found only in the KJV (Heb 12:16), “For one morsel of meat sold his birthright.” ASV has “mess of meat”; RSV has “single meal.” The Gr. word means literally “for one eating,” i.e. one meal, not “one mouthful.”
