MISPAR mĭs’ pär (מִסְפָּ֥ר). One of the Israelites who returned from the Exile with Nehemiah (Ezra 2:2; KJV MIZPAR; 1 Esd 5:8 KJV, ASV ASPHARASUS); called MISPERETH in Nehemiah 7:7.
