MESHELEMIAH mĭ shĕl’ ə mī’ ə (מְשֶֽׁלֶמְיָ֔ה, Jehovah repays). Founder of a family of Korahite doorkeepers of the Temple (1 Chron 9:21; 26:1, 9); called Shelemiah in 26:14, Shallum in 9:17, 19, 31, and Meshullam in Nehemiah 12:25.
