Zephaniah 3:16-18

16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not; [a]O Zion, let not thy hands be slack. 17 Jehovah thy God is in the midst of thee, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will [b]rest in his love; he will joy over thee with singing. 18 [c]I will gather them that sorrow for the solemn assembly, who were of thee; to whom the burden upon [d]her was a reproach.

Zephaniah 3:16-18
New International Version
16 On that day
they will say to Jerusalem,
“Do not fear, Zion;
do not let your hands hang limp.(A)
17 The Lord your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.(B)
He will take great delight(C) in you;
in his love he will no longer rebuke you,(D)
but will rejoice over you with singing.”(E)
18 “I will remove from you
all who mourn over the loss of your appointed festivals,
which is a burden and reproach for you.
